Angela Sun
Angela Sun is a journalist film maker, documentary journalist and TV host. Angela Sun has been a Journalist, Sportscaster, Producer and actor since she was born in Santa Clara County California on September 19. She holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications at the University of California. Sun had exceptional surfing skills and was a participant in numerous pro-am Surf events which led to sponsorship from major brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. Recognition she gained from this acted like an arrow that could propel her into the world of entertainment. She later became an investigative filmmaker and journalist as also a sportscaster. Sun has worked as an anchor on newscasts for a variety of channels. In 2003, Sun was the Fox Sports Net Correspondent. She also been host of American Ninja Warrior alongside Matt Iseman and Jonny Moseley in 2012. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. Sun was the very first Asian American to be featured as a host on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun was a part of a number of films and her abilities in acting have been acknowledged and appreciated. Sun has appeared in movies like Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009), Shackled 2005 Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun's feature length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a documentary that focused on the impact of pollution caused by plastics on oceans. She composed, directed, and produced it all by herself.
