Meagan and Kara
Meagan Good was born in Panorama City, Los Angeles on August 8, 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle managed her when she was in her teens. Her family consisted of three siblings at home in Canyon Country in California and began acting at the age of four. In the early stages of her career, she performed as an extra in television shows such as Doogie Howser Amen and M.D. When she was 13 in 1995, she got her first role in the first feature film Friday. The film first gained attention during 1997 due to her performance as Cisely batiste (a struggling teenage girl) in Eve's Bayou, for which she was nominated twice as well as an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nominee. Good took small roles in film and television for a few years before transitioning into roles that were more mature at the dawn of the 2000s. She appeared as Nina on Cousin Skeeter a Nickelodeon T.V. It ran from 1998 until 2001. In addition, she had minor roles in the movies House Party to the Last Minute (1998) and 3 Strikes (2000). In 2003, she played Vanessa Scott, a character in My Wife and Kids. In 2004, she was a part-time actress in D.E.B.S the action comedy film that earned her a nomination for Best Actress at the Black Movie Awards in 2005. In the following years, she was in several films such as You Got Served The Cookout The Venom: One Mistake call Waist Deep and The Love Guru. In 2012, while doing work for T.V. She was a part of Mya, a multi-star in Think Like a Man as in her character in Ms. Stevens for Dysfunctional friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer was born in Texas and attended Baylor University, Waco Texas. She graduated with a degree in the performing arts. The degree for performing arts was awarded in 2010. Her acting career began in the year 2010 when she starred in the web-series Simon Fuller's If I Can Dream. Following her appearance in several local plays Kara Killmer made her on-screen debut in 2010 on the first part of the Simon Fuller's Hulu series If I Can Dream. The focus of the show was the group of people who began to move in with each other in the city of Hollywood, California.
